The Challenge

Whisk, now Samsung Food, is a mobile web application for managing cooking and recipe needs. It offers recipe discovery, shopping list creation, meal planning, recipe saving and scaling, nutritional information, and integration with smart home devices. After Samsung acquired Whisk in 2019, the platform needed a cross-platform advertising campaign to drive user acquisition at scale while maintaining quality.

The Approach

We developed a comprehensive marketing campaign to drive installs of the Whisk mobile app on both iOS and Android platforms, while also promoting user acquisition to the web app. Our team crafted visually appealing and informative digital ads using existing creative assets, adapting them across multiple platforms and formats. We leveraged data insights to continuously refine and optimize strategies, focusing on campaign performance metrics to prioritize quality over volume.

The Results

The campaign launch and rollout were extremely successful, driving awareness and significantly elevating the brand.
