Peninsula is an award-winning HR consulting and health and safety outsourcing company trusted by over 4,500 Canadian businesses, offering HR outsourcing, OHS compliance, legal assistance, contracts and 24/7 advisory support. Despite the strength of their service offering, previous agencies had failed to generate meaningful brand recall among small business owners across social channels. Lead quality was poor, the cost of acquisition was too high, and sales targets were being missed. Peninsula approached us to establish their brand as the leading HR solutions provider in the minds of small and medium business owners across Canada.

The Approach

Our team conducted deep target audience research that revealed just how vast and varied the micro-business landscape was, geographically distributed across Canada and dealing with compounding operational pressures during the COVID-19 pandemic.
