The Challenge

OOFOS shoes are known for their revolutionary impact-absorbing technology, reducing impact by 37% more than traditional footwear and earning the American Podiatric Medical Association Seal of Acceptance. They wanted to break into the Canadian marketplace and significantly increase online sales, but needed a disciplined media strategy to do it efficiently.

The Approach

We implemented a multi-channel campaign spanning targeted Google Ads and Facebook Ads. We worked with OOFOS to invest in new brand creative to tap into the lifestyle market, creating a series of ads incorporating AI and best channel practices. The focus was on segmenting Performance Max campaigns and refining high and low performing SKUs, putting effort where it would perform, not where it just added activity.

The Results

The disciplined approach delivered extraordinary results: combined ROAS increased 193% year-over-year, Google Ads ROAS jumped 238%, Facebook Ads ROAS rose 147%, and online orders more than doubled. A 24X return on ad spend proved that focused, intentional media buying outperforms high-volume campaigns every time.
