The Challenge

HiFive Chicken is a fast-food chain built on fresh ingredients and quality food, from signature fried chicken to crispy tenders and roasted chicken alternatives. But in one of the most competitive retail categories in Canada, a good product isn't enough. Their brand was no longer doing justice to the quality of what they were serving. They needed a bold, modern identity that could cut through the noise of the fast-food market, create genuine recognition, and support the chain's growth ambitions, including bringing new franchise partners into the fold.

The Approach

Our team developed a comprehensive brand strategy with a single objective: build recognition and create an identity so distinct it would take HiFive Chicken to a new level in the competitive world of fast food.
